This app is great and useful. However, I gave you only 3 stars because the app need an update for iPhone 5. Also, it works very slow. Please give us an update.

Kindly a new update is required for the iphone 5 as the app is not fit to the screen

Needs iPhone 5 support

Love the app, but it lacks support for the iPhone 5s 4-inch screen.

If we consider QNBs position in the market, the application shouldve been way much better, below is the list of improvements I would love to see coming in the next versions: - Retina display support - iPhone 5 support (Screen Size) - Western Union & Paypal support - Loan schedules and other customer applications (Chequebook requests, etc...) - Speed Improvements and bug fixes.

Bad

Either update the app or remove it from the App Store its giving you a bad rep.

Needs big changes

Its slow, it appears like a dumbed down website but operates at a slow pace. It doesnt fit the iPhone 5 or 5S screens. It needs retina display support.

Stupidity rules

this is by far the worst app on my phone I have several banking apps and this is the worst one I have ever seen

This app needs to be fixed its been over 2 months and I am not even able to log in it keeps loading but extremely slow and know response whatsoever, please fix it ASAP apparently this is my only way to transfer funds to the United States since your website hasnt worked for a while now Very very cheap customer service....

Need an important feature

I wish you list the stores and partners who participate in the first program so we have an easy access to the benefits. Please try to utilize passport app in iphone so once we enter any shop of the first the user get notification showing the %of discount.

Needs improvement

It wont show my other accounts and it wont show any beneficiaries after I add them using the app. It keeps giving me errors whenever I clicked on an option and takes like half a minute to load anything. The only thing this app is useful at doing is checking my balance which doesnt need an app. This app is not at caliber compared to banks like HSBC and Barclays.

Crashes!

I havent gotten the chance to experience the update. Why? Because it wouldnt launch! Crashes every single time! Good thing I didnt update the iPad version.

Not good enough

The app is still not optimized for iPhone 6 & 6 Plus unfortunately. Use Touch ID to login which makes it much easier and much more enjoyable experience.

Good step but you missed something so important

Im happy with the new design look at first but with the first interaction into the pages I realized you missed such a basic yet so important! A button that takes me back to the home menu. Theres no possible way to go back to the home menu once I enter the sub pages! Obviously you havent done any user testing and you relied on the developers to test it! Pleas fix this issue ASAP!! Also you have been working for such a long time on this update why didnt you optimize it properly to IPhones features such as the finger print as a bio metric to access the app!! You would have really enhanced the user experience </3

Good step, yet to develop!!

Good update. The integration of PIN authentication gives more secure access, but should remain passing the PIN via SMS and email! How would I access the app and banking stuff if Im abroad and not using my local Qatari number?!? I got stuck accessing my accounts because I was not using my local Qatari number abroad!! App became useless and I had to log in via web browser to receive an email with the PIN. Suggest to keep both SMS and email for receiving PIN code when accessing from mobile app.
